RAJF Hospitality Our Hospitality TentThe experienced and professional RAJF Corporate Hospitality team caters for groups of 10 to 200 in our 5000 sq ft hospitality area. Whether you are a company wishing to entertain customers or staff, or an individual wanting to celebrate a special event, we can design a hospitality package to suit your needs.

Our festival is a high quality event, providing excellent value for money. We charge on a price per head basis. This price is inclusive. The only extras are drinks which are charged at the same prices as in our public bars.

So how does it work and which package is suitable for you?Timing and entry
Each evening begins at 7pm but don’t worry, you and your guests can arrive at any time as your tables and space are reserved. You can of course walk straight into the festival without joining the main queue via the special hospitality entrance tent. The event ends at 11pm.
Numbers
The hospitality area is designed to be flexible. If you are a party of 50 people or more you have the luxury of dedicated space and bar. Those wishing to entertain smaller groups can take one or more hospitality tables, seating 8 to 10 people, in a shared hospitality area.
Dinner
A buffet dinner is served when you are ready, usually around 8.30pm. You will be served at the buffet by professional staff.

Cost
Just £80 per person (negotiable for large groups) and is all inclusive except for drinks which are charged as consumed at prices in line with the main bar prices.
A deposit is required to reserve your booking.
