Our great corporate offer

We are inviting companies and individuals to associate themselves with this year’s event in the form of Barrel Sponsorship.

Managed and staffed entirely by volunteers, mostly from Chichester Priory Park Cricket and Hockey Club, RAJF has raised over £350,000 for local charities and good causes. We have supported dozens of local charities as well as helping to fund the Astroturf pitches at Chichester High Schools and Chichester College, the sports hall at Bishop Luffa School and the cricket nets in Priory Park. In 2007 we gave money to Chase, Mind and the Wessex Cancer Help Centre as well as donating many tickets to events for fund-raising auctions. As a result of the RAJF, thousands of children and adults alike have enjoyed the facilities part funded by the money raised every year.

It is important to stress that all of the profits made during the event go into the RAJF account, the fund-raising arm of Chichester Priory Park Cricket&Hockey Club. None of the committee members or volunteer helpers are paid but commit their time and efforts year round for the good of the local community.

1 All sponsorship packages will get a mention in any programmes, leaflets, promotional material issued to the paying guests during the event
2 A sponsor can request that it supports a specific beer on the night
3 An advert will be posted in the arena highlighting each sponsor with wording determined by the sponsor assuming adequate notice of such wording is given to the undersigned. Deadline Friday 19 June 2009.
4 For ‘Priory’, ‘Tun’ and ‘Barrel’ sponsors a sponsor’s banner can be erected in the arena given sufficient notice and supply of the sponsors banner in good time
5 VAT is not payable
